About Drashti

A Dietitian Who Lives What She Teaches.

Drashti Zatakia is a qualified dietitian and nutritionist who holds an MSc in Food Processing & Preservation and a BSc in Food Nutrition & Dietetics. But her approach to health goes well beyond her degrees.

She's been swimming since the age of 5 — not as a sport, but as her escape from the noise of the world. Running 5K and 10K routes across Mumbai became her moving meditation. And somewhere between the laps and the miles, she discovered what genuine wellness actually feels like: not restriction, not performance — just a quiet, sustainable rhythm.

She's also the person who starts her mornings with a hazelnut cappuccino, because balance doesn't mean perfection. It means knowing yourself well enough to build habits that actually stick. That's the philosophy she brings to every client: meet people where they are, honour their culture, and help them build a streak that lasts.

At Health Streak, Drashti's clinical expertise is matched by her deep understanding of real-world challenges — late-night cravings, festive seasons, office lunches, and the days when motivation simply disappears. She designs for those days, not just the easy ones.

Culture First

No Indian meal needs to be "fixed." Your dal, your roti, your Sunday biryani — all have a place in a healthy life. We build plans around your food, not against it.

Consistency Over Perfection

A 70% plan followed consistently is infinitely better than a perfect plan followed for two weeks. We design for your real life, including the days that go off track.

Clinically Grounded

Every recommendation is backed by clinical nutrition science — from macronutrient timing to blood work interpretation. You deserve guidance that actually works.
